BAI Anti-Fraud Conference - November 10, 2004
Treasury Software is proud to have preseted the Bank Positive Pay software at the Annual BAI National Check Fraud Conference in Orlando, Florida. The conference participants comprised of approximately 250 national and regional banks along with government participation from the Department of Homeland Security.

PGP Encryption and Signing - Bank of America's Richmond Transmission Facility

Ft. Lauderdale, FL - BankPositivePay provides full PGP capabilities for clients currently FTP'ing to the Bank of America Richmond Transmission facility site.

Bank of America clients can now enjoy an automated process of Positive Pay transmission, previously a manual process. Files were either manually logged into a website and uploaded, or a file was created, signed [PGP encrypted and signed] and then sent via FTP.

End User Power Tools - Access to Dynamic Headers and Consolidation Features
Ft. Lauderdale, FL - As a follow-up to BankPositivePay's "You talk, we listen" campaign, today marks the release of new tools which are easy for clients to use without the need for custom programming or central programming.

"Dynamic headers and footers, which were previously formatted and mapped by a programmer, can now be updated and maintained by the client as needed" says Glenn Fromer, Director of Development.

"This allows for greater portability between platforms, as many larger banks are migrating their customers from legacy dial-up systems to Internet Portal based systems. These Portal based systems are typically developed by a different vendor, who in turn, require a different file format, "Fromer explains.

In addition, the current release allows clients to 'stack' multiple account transmissions into one file. This is typically used with a URL upload. It saves the user from performing the login/file upload process for additional files.

SQL Server Version

Starting with version 9.44.0 released today, all BankReconciliation.com products (including Bank Positive Pay software) are available for SQL Server integration, says Debbie Glasser of BankPositivePay.com.

Glasser continues, "While our desktop version will continue to be the dominant player, we are pleased to provide the full breadth of scalability, portability and speed to meet the needs of our bank clients".

Our software utilizes a company's existing SQL Server, version 6.5 or greater, and can easily share its resources (does not require a dedicated server).
There are no additional requirements for the client's workstation.
